The space Nestled in the tranquil surroundings of Kihim, Alibaug, Euphoria Shores is a cozy 6-bedroom luxury villa designed to be your oasis. As you step inside, you're greeted by expansive interiors that blend modern elegance with traditional charm. The real star is the “Euphoric” swimming pool, a turquoise marvel with a playful fountain, to relax, unwind or splash with fun and an expansive manicured lawn to run wild and free or a get-together of friends, family, or a corporate offsite. Adding a touch of spirituality to this setting is a small temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha, tucked away in a serene corner of the property—a peaceful retreat for those looking to meditate or seek solace in moments of quiet reflection. Layout: The ground floor opens into a spacious living room, perfect for relaxing and socializing. Attached to the living room is a sleek bar counter, ideal for mixing cocktails and hosting gatherings. Two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, provide convenient accommodation on this level. Ascending the elegant staircase, you'll find three more bedrooms, all featuring ensuite bathrooms for privacy and convenience. The sixth bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is accessible from the outside. Outside, the villa continues to impress with a large pool at the back, creating a serene space for swimming and sunbathing. A small temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha sits in the corner ahead of the pool. To the left, a sprawling lawn offers plenty of room for outdoor activities, from yoga sessions to garden parties. This villa combines indoor luxury with outdoor leisure seamlessly, making it a perfect retreat. The villa boasts a fun-filled game room and a charming gazebo for ultimate relaxation. Guest access his is a 6-bedroom pool villa. Room amenities include an ensuite bathroom, AC, and WiFi. The 6th bedroom is located on the first floor and can be accessed from outside via a spiral staircase. The staff at this home comprises people including the chef, caretakers, and the property manager to cater to any of your getaway needs. More than 6 cars can be parked on site. Generators can be switched on in case of a power outage or fluctuations. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown. Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can be affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages. At Euphoria Shores, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods. Other things to note Outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
