The space Our flat is a bright and cosy apartment, fully equipped for a comfortable stay, located in the heart of Athens right in the up-and-coming, historic neighbourhood of Colonus. Guest access 🏡 Access to the Apartment The flat is located on the second floor of a residential building in the Kolonos neighbourhood. Upon arrival, you'll find the main entrance of the building at Kallipoleos 17. Free street parking is available.There are two short sets of steps leading to the entrance, just follow the path to the lift. Once inside, take the lift to the 2nd floor. As you exit, turn right, and you’ll see the apartment marked as “Limping John’s Apartment”. If you're checking in using the key box, you’ll find it to the right of the doorbells, outside the building. I’ll provide you with the 4-digit access code prior to your arrival. When you enter the flat, please insert the magnetic card (found with your keys) into the slot on your left-hand side to activate the electricity. You’ll have full and private access to the apartment during your stay. The entrance hallway provides ample space for luggage storage, and you’re free to come and go as you please. Other things to note 🔒 Security Cameras & Safety Guidelines For the safety and protection of both guests and the property, please be advised that two security cameras are installed outside the apartment: One is located above the main door of the flat. The other is positioned on the rear balcony. These cameras do not record any indoor areas and are used strictly for security purposes. As your host, I am the only person with access to the footage, and all data is handled in accordance with privacy standards. We kindly ask that you read and follow all house rules during your stay. Additionally, please pay close attention to any safety signs or warning labels displayed inside the apartment, as they are in place to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
