The chalet is located on an island between the Drau River and Lake Linsendorf in Carinthia. The space The chalet, with 72 square meters of living space and a 23-square-meter terrace, has a garden of approximately 600 square meters. The house is equipped with: 2 bedrooms (one with a large box-spring bed, one with two single beds), Bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine Another separate toilet, Kitchen-living room with dining area and a wood-burning stove The kitchen equipment includes a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, cleaning utensils and kitchen towels. On cool days, heating is provided by infrared panels or the wood-burning stove. On hot days, the air conditioning provides cooling. The modern wooden bungalow is located right on the Drau Bike Path and is therefore a starting point for cycling tours in the surrounding area. Guest access The entire chalet, the terrace, the 600 m² garden and part of the garden house are at your disposal. There is also a small private swimming cove about 400 meters away, which you share with other houses. So make yourselves at home!
