Charming 90 m² village house located in the municipality of Saint-Genix-sur-Guiers. This home is located on the heights of the village which offers a magnificent view. The space It is composed on the ground floor of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle and toaster), a living room with a sofa bed and a toilet. On the first floor are the bathroom, separate toilet and two bedrooms: the first has a double bed (160 x 200) while the second has two single beds (90 x 200). A magnificent 200 m² outdoor area is at your disposal with terrace, table and chairs, a "smoby" house as well as some outdoor games are available to satisfy young and old alike! Possibility of loaning a barbecue (to be specified beforehand). Guest access Our house is ideally located 3 minutes from the village shops (bakeries, tobacconists, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarket...), 15 minutes from Walibi Rhône-Alpes and close to the various lakes in the region (Romagnieu, Aiguebelette, Bourget). Access to the highway is 5 minutes from the house, you will be in Chambéry in 25 minutes, in Annecy in 45 minutes and in Lyon in 1 hour. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided. We provide a baby bed and a high chair for little ones.
