Welcome to your perfect beachside retreat in Point Lonsdale, Victoria! The space This newly built 3-bedroom family home is ideally located in the heart of it all. You’ll be just a short walk from the Breeze Estate, which features parklands and playgrounds. The beach is a quick 3-minute drive away, while the charming Main Street of Queenscliff is only 6 minutes by car. If you prefer a scenic stroll, you can walk along the waterfront to reach Main Street in Point Lonsdale in about 30 minutes. The home itself is beautifully decorated with soothing blue hues that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It features three spacious bedrooms: two with queen beds and the master with a king bed. The master bed is motorized, (which is split to king singles) providing extra comfort and ease, especially if you have mobility issues. It also has a smart TV, unfortunately no aerial or free to air. This property has everything you need for a memorable family holiday by the beach. While the garage is not available for guest use, there is ample parking available in the driveway.
