Please be particularly considerate of loud voices and music volume. ■ Waste Separation Please follow the local rules for waste separation. We provide designated bags for burnable, non-burnable, and recyclable waste. Kindly ensure that you sort your trash properly. For detailed information on waste separation, please refer to the guide provided in the room. ■ Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Please ensure that cigarette butts are properly disposed of in the designated ashtray and clean up after yourself. If smoking is found inside the property, additional cleaning fees may be charged. ■ Balcony Use Noise Policy Please be mindful of noise at all times, both during the day and night. If there are complaints due to loud voices or music disturbing neighbors, we may ask you to vacate the property immediately. Prohibited Use of Fire Barbecuing and any use of fire on the balcony are strictly prohibited. No Throwing or Dropping Objects Please be careful not to throw or drop objects from the balcony. This can cause disturbance or danger to those living below or nearby. ■ Cleaning Service for Long-term Stays For stays longer than 7 nights, we recommend an additional cleaning service.
