Cookware and a blender are also provided. You are also welcome to enjoy the shared estate amenities: • Communal gardens and a swimming pool • Kids play area by the clubhouse (jungle gym, swings) • One reserved, secure parking bay • Visitor parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. *** Visitor parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis.*** Other things to note • IMPORTANT - Security & Check-in Requirement: For the security of the estate, all guests are required to submit a government-issued identification document (South African ID or international passport) before arrival for registration with estate management. • Please do NOT book if you do not have a valid ID or are unwilling to provide one, as this is a strict, non-negotiable requirement from the estate. • Backup Power: The apartment is equipped with backup power to ensure the lights, Wi-Fi, and TV remain on during any power outages, providing a seamless and uninterrupted experience. • Housekeeping: Optional housekeeping services are available once a week for an additional cost.
