The space Our rooftop apartment offers luxury, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room. Living Room: A bright and airy space with large windows framing the stunning lagoon and mountain views. Comfortable seating makes it ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the amenities you need, including a washing machine, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and even an air fryer. The kitchen also features a dining counter, perfect for casual meals. Bedrooms: The apartment has two spacious bedrooms: One bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with large windows for natural light and stunning views. The second bedroom has two twin beds plus an extra pull-out bed, perfect for families or additional guests. A crib is also available upon request for guests traveling with young children. Bathrooms: The apartment includes 2.5 bathrooms. The en-suite bathrooms feature modern fixtures and walk-in showers, while the half-bath is conveniently located for guests. Other things to note Community Requirements (El Gouna) Egyptian couples: Per El Gouna community rules, a marriage certificate is required at check-in. Non-Egyptian guests: A marriage certificate is not required. Gate Access & IDs All guests must send a clear photo of their passport/ID at least 48 hours before check-in so we can issue the El Gouna gate QR code. (For short-notice bookings, please share IDs ASAP; processing typically takes up to 24 hours. For same-day arrivals, we’ll do our best to grant access within ~2 hours, but this cannot be guaranteed.) If community security does not approve the application, the guest should cancel the reservation and will receive a full refund. House Rules No smoking or shisha indoors. A $100 cleaning fee may be charged if smoking is detected inside the apartment. No parties or events. Please keep things respectful for neighbors and the community. No excessive drinking. Alcohol is permitted in moderation; disorderly behavior is not allowed.
