Refurbished between 2022 and 2024, Gites de Verger have everything you need for a getaway with friends or family.  The three gites (sleeping 6, 6 & 4) can be rented separately or together, accommodating a maximum of 16 people so are great for a group holiday.   A large shared terrace and outside kitchen area is perfect for larger gatherings and communal dining.   Separate terraces for each gite allow smaller groups some privacy while still enjoying the pool, large hot tub and garden.  The space Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. La Vigne is a great-sized contemporary cottage designed with family accommodation in mind. You'll find three separate air conditioned sleeping spaces: a large double bedroom with en suite (ground floor), and two bedrooms on the first floor - another large double and a twin room. There is a separate family shower room on the ground floor. The living space includes a fully equipped kitchen/dining area and a sitting room with comfy seating, log burner and a smart TV. Guest access The gite also enjoys a stunning private terrace with BBQ as well as use of the huge garden and play area, swimming pool, 8 person hot tub, shared terrace and outside kitchen. Other things to note The stairs to the first floor are quite steep, so not suitable for people with mobility issues - however there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a couple of steps to navigate, but no staircases.
