"A place in the center", is a beautiful apartment on the second floor of a 16th century building, renovated with respect for materials and tradition, perfect for your stay We are in the center of the village of Manziana (RM) in front of the gardens, overlooking Lake Bracciano and a few kilometers from Rome and Viterbo ,reachable by train (station very close on foot) The space Features: ⁃ Bedrooms: The apartment has 4 bedrooms and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed. There is a double bedroom, a double attic, a bedroom with a three-quarter bed, and a single bedroom. ⁃ Bathrooms: three bathrooms available, two small ones with toilet and vertical shower, one large one with toilet, vertical shower and bathtub. ⁃ Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare meals. ⁃ Living room: large living room with a sofa and comfortable armchairs. Other things to note There is no elevator for the conformation of the structure (antique building). In the double bedrooms there are air conditioners while in the individual ceiling fans. The dryer is a professional centrifuge that eliminates 95% water without using heat.
