The space The room has a wardrobe, fan and airy space. Some important rules for better use: 1. It is not allowed to wear shoes inside the apartment (we leave them at the entrance). 2. Mineral water and kitchen available for preparing meals (we do not offer breakfast). 3. Internet available. 4. Location on the ground floor. 5. Visitors are not allowed, only guests. 6. Bathroom with electric shower and fan in the bedroom. 7. Room with key for greater privacy. 8. Guests arriving by car must let us know in advance to arrange parking. 9. Shared room with the host. 10. We provide towels (with a fee of 9.99) and an iron. 11. The air conditioning can be used according to the guest's presence (in case of forgetting, an additional fee will be charged). Guest access In the bedroom, we have a TV with local channels. The key will be arranged with the delivery location. The guest will have the privacy to arrive and depart in privacy. During your stay In general, the house is very quiet. Sometimes I'm home and sometimes I'm not. However, whoever is staying can use the living room and kitchen comfortably and pleasantly. Other things to note Always leave your shoes at the apartment's entrance. The room is usually used by executives and/or students who come for courses. The bed is an orthopedic double bed.
