Its a great area to relax and enjoy the lake. You can even rent some boats :-). A garage parking spot is included (restricted to 5 m length/1,90 m width/1,50 m height/2000 kg) Enjoy! The apartment is equipped with a Nuki system. Both the front door and the apartment door can be opened digitally. I prepare the check-in in such a way that you can simply press the bell and you will be let in automatically. There is a number pad on the front door. After entering the code, the door opens automatically. You can test the Nuki system during check-in. If you don't like it, a regular key is stored upstairs in the apartment. You are flexible and use whichever you like better. Caution: an online form for check-in has to be filled out before your arrival. Other things to note The apartment has been freshly modernized and furnished with great attention to detail. Please be so kind and treat the inventory with care, especially the real wood parquet & the sofa. So hopefully many guests after you can enjoy it as well. Should you arrive in Zwickau before 16:00, you are welcome to leave your luggage already in the apartment.
