Welcome to our Kellerstöckl. Surrounded by vineyards, the region offers not only excellent wines, but also soothing thermal baths for pure relaxation. Ideal for active vacationers: numerous hiking and cycling trails invite you to explore. The property has a well-equipped kitchen, a living area and a sunny outdoor area overlooking the vineyards. Discover the thermal baths, regional cuisine and the unique flair of the vineyards! The space Right in front of the entrance area, a dining table with seating invites you to enjoy your meals in the open air. In addition, you have access to our special vine lounge, which is located behind the house directly in the vineyard. Here you can relax with a glass of wine, enjoy the idyllic surroundings and unwind. On cooler evenings, our fire barrel provides pleasant warmth, while the cozy seating options are ideal for lingering. The entrance area merges seamlessly into the well-equipped kitchen. Here you will find everything you need to cook and enjoy: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and many other amenities. To the right of the kitchen is the comfortable bathroom, which is equipped with a spacious shower and a separate toilet. On the left hand side of the kitchen, the path leads to the cozy living room. Here, a sofa bed (150 cm wide) invites you to relax, which can be transformed into an additional sleeping space if necessary. A highlight is the TV with integrated Amazon Fire TV Stick, which you can use to stream your favorite series and movies even on vacation. Through the living room you enter the quiet bedroom. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, so there is plenty of storage space for your wardrobe. For cyclists, the apartment offers a special advantage: in the basement there is a lockable room, which is equipped with a high-voltage connection to conveniently charge e-bikes. You can safely park your bikes here and prepare for your next excursions. Guest access Your stay begins in a relaxed way with our convenient self check-in. The lockbox is located at the entrance area, so you can check in flexibly at any time. Free parking is right outside the door.
