As safety and health are a priority, we have professional cleaning services that cleans and sterilizes all surfaces after ever stay. The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor in Summerset hill in Blue hill, with secure access control entry. This 1 bedroom apartment sleeps 2 people on a Queen bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and other kitchen basics to help you prepare your meals. The dinette in the kitchen area can also serve as a work station with high speed WIFI connection. A zen space to sit and unwind as you watch the spectacular sunsets the city has to offer. A smart TV to connect to Netflix and other streaming services ( we ONLY have Netflix. ) Guest access You have access to the entire space. Other things to note Since the apartment is in a Sectional scheme building, guests are required to complete an indemnity and provide a copy of their ID, for safety and compliance with the Body Corporate. The unit is an Apartment block, please adhere to the rules of conduct and show respect to other residents in the building. It is a self-check apartment with a lock box. Only 1 parking bay designated for the unit, additional cars can park in allocated visitors parking or directly outside the complex. We also like to inform you that for bookings exceeding 7 Nights we have a stunning Housekeeping Team that will assist with a weekly cleaning & fresh lined at an additional charge of R250. For bookings exceeding 7 days the option for laundry & ironing by our cleaning team is available at an additional R250 per week. (In this case no coins/consumables needed, we supply. Max two loads to be washed & ironed per session.) Since the apartment is in a Sectional scheme building, guests are required to complete an indemnity and provide a copy of their ID. The car license Disc and Drivers License must be valid. Kindly note that if your License disc or Drivers License has expired, you won't be allowed to park inside the complex. PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT a Serviced Apartment. The Apartment is Self-Catering; but to help get you get started we provide you with a small quantity of Coffee, Cremora & Sugar; as well as Dishwashing liquid and a lined Kitchen bin. For bathroom we provide a Lined Bin, Hand Soap and 2x rolls of Toilet Paper. We will replenish all the above these once a week if your stay is LONGER THAN 7 days. The wines in the bottle rack are NOT complimentary. You will have to pay an amount of R250 per bottle if you drink them. Strictly NO kids allowed. Strictly No visitors allowed.
