It has a kitchen complete with dishes and utensils Free WiFi available throughout the property In the living room you will find a 55" Samsung smart TV already connected to our prime video and netflix accounts as well as satellite TV that can be enjoyed on the sofa bed or in the dining area The king size double bedroom has a personal 32" Hisense smart TV The hallway at the entrance has a comfortable and modern armchair / bed that can be used as a relaxation and work corner Full bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine that can be used freely To complete all the comforts there is a balcony overlooking the quiet internal condominium courtyard. And if you want to enjoy a bit of peace you can access the flat roof to take a breath of fresh air and a bit of sun Guest access The entire apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building without a lift, you will need to walk up 4 large and comfortable stairs to access the apartment! Don't worry, if we are on site we will help you with your luggage ;) It is not possible to access with a wheelchair or disabled vehicles The terrace, or the refreshment area, is for the exclusive use of breakfast. The cost for the buffet breakfast is €12per person, including children The cost for prosecco is €10. The house will be hospitable for two people in a double room, the setting up of a single bed for two people costs €15 The tourist tax is €2 per person per night (excluding children under 14) All other services are free.
