The space Consists of (Studio Layout) Living Area & View: A cozy sofa perfectly placed for you to enjoy the incredible sunset or watch the 55" Smart TV with complimentary Netflix. Bedroom: 1 Queen-size bed Fully equipped kitchen great for extended stay. Bathroom: A modern, clean bathroom with a refreshing shower, stocked with fluffy Egyptian cotton towels and starter toiletries Guest access The guest can access all the shared spaces within the complex including swimming pool, gym and courtyard area Other things to note ELECTRICITY: An allocation of 10 tokens per day on average is provided, usage above this will be charged at a rate of $1 per token. This is more then enough to use all appliances comfortably. To ensure you do not over use the allocation turn the water heater off while not in use. CLEANING: During your stay we provide 3 apartment cleanings per 7 days. Additional cleanings can be arranged at $10 per cleaning. Cleanings are every other day, but can be scheduled to your preference COFFEE, TEA, & SPICES: We provide you with, instant coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, and cooking oil. DAMAGES: Please report damages as they occur, you will be charged for replacements, receipts will be provided upon request.
