(Pool and Jacuzzi Monday all day) ⚡️GENERATOR IN THE BUILDING The building has an electric generator, which is operational, it will be ready to operate before any outage providing emergency 110V electric power (Focuses, wifi, television, etc.) to the apartments and communal areas. All 220V connection (air conditioners, kitchen, water heater, etc) will not be enabled. Other things to note Please review the building rules: *IMPORTANT:* The accommodation is in a residential area, *it is not a hotel.* Therefore, it is important to respect the following building rules, to avoid warnings and fines ($) from the Riverfront administration. ✔️ Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM ✔️ No parties or events. Do ✔️ not walk through the corridors in a bathing suit, shirtless, barefoot, or with alcoholic beverages.
