The little house - shared bedroom

House with 1 bedroom (actually 2 but with the other listing), 1 living room with a sofa bed (quality mattress) and bathroom. It is an old house renovated in the countryside. The house is located in a small village (no shops) 5 minutes from Arcis sur Aube (shops and restaurants) and 30-40 minutes from Troyes and chaslons in c, 4 minutes from the clos beaurepaire. The space A living room with everything you need to cook, sitting area. The bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bathroom: Shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. The garden is enclosed on the road side but on the garden side, it communicates with our garden. The grass is mowed by our horses. It is therefore irregular and willing to grow small flowers🌸. A small table is available to stay outdoors in the sun. You will definitely meet our dogs🐕, cats, 🐱or horses🐴. You can park one or two vehicles in front of the house. When you arrive, the beds will be ready. All beds are fitted with a duvet. Concerned about the environment, the heating is set at 20°C in the main room (heating by a wood pellet stove) and 18/19°C in the bedroom (a radiator complements the heating only in very cold weather). Waste sorting is offered. For a Friday check-in, please check in with me. During your stay I really enjoy interacting with my guests when we meet.
