Anahaw - Spacious Garden Room with a Pool

Anahaw is a newly built property located in the residential area of Villa Libertad, El Nido. Anahaw is a local name for a palm tree known for its round fan-shaped leaves, abundant across the Philippines. Each of the 3 rooms comes with ensuite bathroom, king-sized bed, private balcony, unlimited internet, AC, fan, Smart TV, coffee machine, mini bar and work desk. There is a shared swimming pool with sun loungers and shower nestled in a lush garden. Complimentary breakfast is served daily The space We travel a lot, and we aimed to incorporate all the great features we have come across in the design of the property. The property is securely fenced and equipped with outdoor streetlights and CCTV. Anahaw is 5-minute drive/tricycle ride to the famous and popular Lio Beach which hosts local airport, many restaurants, shops and convenience outlets. There is also a small local market and a few popular restaurants along the highway, not far from the property. We are lucky to have an undeveloped forest area which separates us from the traffic noise. The convenient, yet tranquil location, makes the neighborhood a preferred choice for long-term residency. El Nido town is just 6 km away. There are plenty of restaurants which offer delivery, and you are welcome to use the BBQ facility at the property and enjoy a decent selection of drinks from the mini-bar. We offer complimentary water and coffee. Guest access Anahaw is very near to El Nido airport. We will share with you the detailed step-by-step guide how to reach us, or you could search for Anahaw on Google Maps. We can also arrange for a pick up / drop off (chargeable) from the airport or any other location within El Nido. Once you arrive Anahaw staff will meet and check you in. You can access the property anytime with your own set of keys. Everything within the property fence is at your disposal and for your comfort. We only ask you to be mindful of other guests and neighbors by keeping the noise level down. During your stay There is a dedicated property manager who is available to make your stay as pleasant as possible. She is available either on the property or can be reached by phone or message. Property manager can support you with activity planning, motorcycle rental, transport arrangements, laundry and travel suggestions. There are two other staff on duty on the property who could also provide you with necessary assistance. We will be also happy to meet you in person if we are in El Nido. Other things to note Each room is suitable for 2 people occupancy. An extra bed can be provided upon request and subject to availability. If you are a larger group, we encourage you to book additional rooms to make the entire place exclusive to your company. Swimming pool hours are 8 am – 9 pm. We kindly ask you to respect pool hours for the comfort of other guests. We do not have lifeguard on duty, so swimming is at your own risk. Water depth is 1.2 meters. There is an outdoor shower by the pool for your convenience. Please refrain from consuming any food or drink from glass containers in the vicinity of the pool. El Nido as a whole experiences frequent power outages. Anahaw is equipped with a solar system which shall provide backup power for 4-5 hours of usual electric consumption. However, in an unlikely event of longer outage we may have to request you to limit the use of AC and other high-powered appliances. You may smoke on a balcony / patio, but kindly not inside the room The area is residential and quiet. However, it is common in the Philippines to experience the sound of dogs and roosters. There could be occasional events (civil or religious) by neighbors which could result in a moderate noise. Anahaw is not a beach property, although it is located very near to Lio Beach and other famous beaches of El Nido
