The approx. 80 m² apartment offers plenty of space, comfort and a well thought-out furnishing – ideal for families, couples or groups who want to travel together and explore the city. Bedrooms The bright bedroom offers flexible sleeping options: two extendable, height-adjustable single beds and a practical wardrobe bed that can be easily folded out if necessary. A large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space, and a 55" smart TV provides entertainment. Living room with balcony The spacious living room is equipped with an XXL sofa bed and an armchair with a sleeping function – ideal for additional sleeping places. The 65" smart TV invites you to relaxed movie evenings. In the adjoining dining area with extendable table, all guests will find comfortable space. A highlight: the newly built balcony, where you can end the day in a relaxed way. Fully equipped kitchen The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: – Stove & oven - Microwave - Toaster – Nespresso coffee machine - Refrigerator – Dishwasher Here you have everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Guest access Directions to the apartment – Große Wasserstraße 2A, 19053 Schwerin Go through the large tunnel on the building. Directly behind the tunnel is the entrance to the apartment on the left. The key box is located to the right of the mailboxes that are installed in the tunnel. You will receive the code for the key box one day before your arrival.
