In addition, you will find a foosball table for good relaxing times with family or friends. 🍽️ The 23 m² dining room can accommodate up to 10 people, and the 22 m² open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and more. 🧑‍🍳🍳 For lovers of festive cuisine, you will also find appliances such as a crepe maker, pierrade, raclette, fondue, and even an ice cream maker. 🔥 You can enjoy these gourmet moments on the large 50 m² terrace, equipped with a barbecue and a brazier, overlooking the large garden. 🛏️ The house has 5 bedrooms and a children's dormitory with a playroom, spread over both floors: ➡️ 1st floor: - 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm) - 1 bedroom with trundle bed (2 x 80 cm) - 1 bedroom with double bed (2 x 90 cm) - A bathroom with shower, bathtub and sink, as well as a separate toilet. ➡️ 2nd floor: - 1 bedroom with double bed (2 x 90 cm) - 1 bedroom with bunk beds (2 x 90 cm) - A dormitory/games room with 1 single bed (1 x 90 cm) and 2 floor mattresses (2 x 90 cm), to the delight of children. 🛏️ Each room is designed to offer comfort and space to each guest, and the two bathrooms guarantee ease of use for all. 🪴 The vast 1,660 m² garden is perfect for outdoor activities.
