ARRIVE AND FEEL GOOD is the motto of the BERGSEERUHE vacation rentals!!! The centrally located, high-quality and lovingly furnished apartment "Iseler" has everything that makes a perfect vacation. All important points of contact are within walking distance. The apartment has high-quality windows and electric shutters that guarantee a quiet stay. Your dog is not only allowed with us, but also very welcome. The space In the new apartment Iseler there is a bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed, which invites you to relax and linger and guarantees a restful sleep on vacation. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double sink. A large skylight provides plenty of daylight. Hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, towels and a hair dryer are also already available and included. In addition, a new washing machine is available (detergent included). In the living/dining area, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a round glass table for up to 4 people and a cozy couch. Coffee capsules (Nespresso machine), tea, welcome drinks (beer, sparkling wine and a bottle of Allgäu water) are also included. Guest access From 3:00 pm, the check-in times are flexible for you, as the front door and the entrance door of the apartment have a code system, i.e. You can easily enter the house and the apartment at the same time with the same code. Other things to note Parking: In front of the apartments, only a small number of parking spaces/garages are available, which are allocated according to occupancy and booking on a "first-come, first-served basis." The local spa/tourist tax is not yet included in the price and must be paid on site: - €2.10 per person per night from 16 years - €1.00 per person per night from 6 to 15 years.
