Spacious and elegant apartment in warehouse near the city center

Welcome to the apartment in Pakhuis Friesland! The elegantly furnished apartment extends over two floors, which creates a feeling of space and luxury. Suitable for both vacationers and business travelers due to the comfortable workspace with good WiFi. If you don't like silence but cozy crowds, then the apartment with its own entrance, in a bustling area and center with restaurants, shops and theater that is within reach, is completely suitable for you. The space The apartment consists of two floors that are entirely for yourself. On the first floor is the hall, the living room with a dining area and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has an induction plate where you can cook an egg or make other small snacks in between. All conveniences such as coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, etc. are not missing in the kitchenette. From the hall, you can go to the toilet and the bathroom. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. In the hall, there is a staircase to the second floor where the sleeping area is. There you will find a comfortable king size bed and a workplace where you can easily work remotely thanks to our good internet. While downstairs (smart) TV is being watched, it is ideal to work upstairs in peace. Our accommodation is very close to the city center, so that especially on weekends, entertainment from outgoing people and cars can be present. The apartment is very suitable for long stays due to the layout. The elegant and warm decor makes you feel at home very quickly. Smoking is not allowed inside, but for smokers we have set up a corner outside with a table and chairs where you can smoke quietly ;-) Guest access You have your own entrance (courtyard) and entrance to the apartment. The apartment is fully available to you. The entrance/courtyard: only guests who have a key can enter. You can possibly park your bicycles there. Other things to note This property is located in front of Pakhuis Friesland. Please note that on weekends and weekday evenings, the city is bustling with people going to nightlife venues. In the street where the warehouse is located, the entertainment and hustle and bustle in the sleeping area can sometimes be heard. Some experience it as cozy, for others it is noisy. With earplugs you can go a long way to get peace and quiet ;-) During the week it is a bit quieter. Tip: our other apartment that is very quiet can be booked if it is of course available. That apartment is in the back of the warehouse. There are two apartments in the warehouse. Both apartments are on the same floor. Each apartment has its own direct entrance and privacy. The alley/entrance courtyard is used by the guests of both apartments. Tip: If you want to stay in the warehouse with two couples or children, you can rent the two apartments as long as they are not yet reserved. You'll have an entire floor to yourself! 😃
