Other things to note The Alto cottage is fully privatized:its terraces, its swimming pool, its garden in a small village, quiet, not overlooked. For stays of less than 2 nights, no cleaning fee. For stays of more than 2 nights, you will be charged a cleaning fee of €80, to be paid upon arrival, please note and plan. Linens are provided free of charge, please take care of them, only pool towels are not included. Due to the prefectural decree, barbecues of all types are prohibited in Monteils. House rules are to be signed upon arrival, and in case of damage, breakage, major stains, burns or theft, the repair or replacement costs will be claimed from the tenant. For stays of more than 3 nights, a deposit of €600 will be required upon arrival.
