Situated 1 km from the small medieval village of Saint-Privat-des-Prés, La Vieille Grange is set in the quiet countryside, the Barn Gite can accommodate up to 6 people, has full air conditioning, 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 3 bathrooms, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen, outside terrace and access to the 10 x 5m swimming pool, which is shared access with any guests in our other gite, large garden, free parking and free Wi-Fi, a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, or exploring the local area. The space The ground floor accommodation consists of a lounge area with 2 sofas, 1 of which is a sofa bed, a flat screen TV, French/English channels and DVD player, a dining area with table and chairs, a kitchen area equipped with an oven and induction hob, a dishwasher, a freezer, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, an iron and an ironing board. a bathroom with a shower cubicle, WC, basin and washing machine. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, the front bedroom has a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom, with a shower cubicle/bath, toilet and sink. The rear bedroom has 2 single beds which can be joined to make a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. Outside there is a terrace with table and chairs, parasol and barbecue and access to the swimming pool. Guest access The gite is self contained, with front and rear doors, your on terrace - seating area and you can make use of the garden.
