It is an excellent option for large families or for a group of friends. The house consists of a ground floor with a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The first floor of the building includes two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The classic, cosy décor creates a warm and homely atmosphere. The interiors have been carefully designed, with attention to every detail, which contributes to the comfort of our guests' stay. The main space of the ground floor is a spacious, bright living room, where the central element is a comfortable sofa with a sleeping function, ideal for relaxing and spending time with the family. From the room there is direct access to the large enclosed garden, ideal for outdoor play for the little ones. The living room seamlessly connects to the dining room and the open kitchen, creating a harmonious, open space. The KITCHEN has been fitted with top quality white goods and bespoke furniture, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. On the ground floor there is also a cosy bedroom with sleeping space for four people. A bright wooden staircase leads from the ground floor to the ground floor. On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms, with sleeping space for seven people. Each of the rooms has sofa beds and a wardrobe. In addition, a spacious bathroom with shower is available on the first floor. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen Smart TV and cable TV, as well as free Wi-Fi access. Guests are provided with complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen to start their stay. There is a washing machine in the boiler room for added comfort during each stay. In addition, four-legged owners are welcome with their pets. An undoubted advantage is the available parking space for 3 people on the property.
