Home in Łajs

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience. The space The house can accommodate 8-10 people and consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a toilet, and a common area including a kitchen, dining room and living room. The house is year-round, heated by a heat pump, with a fireplace. It has a place to work, a wi-fi network. Around the house there is a terrace with a barbecue and next to it you can find a place for a bonfire. We provide wood for the fireplace and bonfire. There is a garage on the premises where you can freely store bicycles and other equipment. The house includes: - Bedding - Towels - A fireplace - Coffee machine - 2 TVs - PS5 console - Baby cot - Baby chair - Baby potty and toilet seat - Washing machine - Hair dryer - Iron - Kitchen equipment as at home, including oven, blender Board games Internet Guest access We offer an entire house with 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one toilet. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is located on a plot of 3,000 sq m. Guests have access to the entire area. There is a second house on the same plot, which is also rented. Both houses are about 50m apart. Guests have access to a barbecue, a fireplace and a garage for all equipment such as bicycles or fishing rods. Other things to note We collect a refundable deposit of PLN 600.
