Other things to note IMPORTANT: ✔The house is a brief walk to directly opposite the road from Belmont Reserve (that has a a great kids playground, and park grounds with Belmont Bay/ Lake Mac water views). You can get to Belmont Reserve by walking out the front door and continuing a short distance on the pathway until you reach the pedestrian crossing to safely cross the road *ONLY cross over the Highway at the designated pedestrian crossing (*we do not recommend trying to cross at any other point as PACIFIC HIGHWAY IS BUSY!). ✔As this house is in a regular neighbourhood, we do not recommend leaving your pet unattended for lengthy periods to avoid excessive barking etc that may upset neighbours. *Please take this into consideration mainly for your pet's sake, as they will fret without you if left alone in a new place. ✔We want you to enjoy your stay, however, as this is a regular suburban neighbourhood we ask that you please respect our neighbours by avoiding excessive noise, obscene language, or other disturbances that may offend the neighbours.
