Chalet 1 - Cozy villa with parking

A quiet village with 5 summer cottages, in front of the Rio Santos highway, and easy to reach by car or bus, having a bus stop near 20m to the left. Ampla Casa, less than 100 meters from Perequê-Mirim Beach, Santa Rita and Enseada. Quiet place with supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and shops less than 50 meters away. A paradise in the middle of Ubatuba. Your pet is welcome, we ask only to take care of the dirt it will make. The space The Chalet is super simple, but very tidy! There are three bedrooms that accommodate up to six people, the kitchen is well equipped, a living room with TV and Sky, a bathroom with hot water, and an outdoor shower and laundry sink. On the balcony there is a hammock and the barbecue. Garage inside the condominium, with gates and a lot of security. Up to two cars allowed per cottage. The chalets are built with a thermal blanket, making the interior of the cottage cool, in the cold or in the heat. Each chalet has two fans and DOES NOT HAVE BEDDING AND BATH LINEN, only one pillow on each bed (total 6). Guest access The villa has a common leisure area with sand and lawn, ideal for children to play, play ball, frisbee and play with their pet (and remember to collect the coconuts ;) Parking is shared in front with the other guests. The entrance is through a wooden gate in front of the marginal avenue, parallel to the Rio-Santos highway. Other things to note The chalets do not have bed and bath linens! Please remember to bring it!
