Although the exterior of the complex reflects its 70s and 80s architecture, the shared amenities more than make up for it, with a fantastic pool, tennis court, playground, well-maintained gardens, and BBQ area. Plus, it's just a short 400 metre walk to soft sands and blue waters of Park Beach, making it a perfect spot for families. There is also a vast grassy area perfect for cricket or soccer. There's plenty to keep the kids entertained! With parks, cafes, restaurants, a club, pub, and shops all within walking distance, this location has it all. On the ground floor, you'll find the air-conditioned living area, with a comfy lounge, separate dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, full-size fridge/freezer, oven, and microwave. Wi-Fi is included to keep you connected. Upstairs you will find the 4 bedrooms and family bathroom which has a combined shower/ bath and toilet. The main bedroom has an ensuite.
