Fazendinha in Vassouras - 8 km from the city center

This small farmhouse is situated in the coffee valley, 8km from the center of broom,having as main attraction its historic farms of the time of the barons. Famous "little princess of the cafe", the city of Vassouras with its historic center, beautiful square, churches ,museum and old manor houses, we are also very close, to the newly opened" Terra Dos Dinos",a super dinosaur theme park in Miguel Pereira,only 24 km away,is worth checking out the attractions.... The space This small farmhouse is situated in the coffee valley, having as its main attraction its historical farms of the time of the barons. Famous'little princess of the cafe', the city of Vassouras with its historic center, beautiful square, churches ,museum and old manor houses is considered one of the most beautiful in the region. The entrance of this rural farm of 10 bushels is 8 kms of brooms, on the edge of the asphalt (RJ 121). from the farm entrance to the house,there is a road of ground(600 to 700 meters),which when it rains a lot,can get a little slippery,but nothing that takes your pleasure in being there.... What makes my accommodation different would be privacy and contact with country and rural life. Accommodation , comfortably up to 10 people. Guest access The colonial-style house with panoramic views and total privacy has 1 large living room, dining room, nook with bar, canopy, fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a pleasant balcony, swimming pool, dam. Contact with the life of the countryside and animal. Guests will be able to go hiking,access to the management of a corral, sports fishing, horse rides (to combine),swimming pool, motile barbecue. Hosts will not be present....we are in a rural area..the access to the house ,from the entrance of the property to the house are approximately 700 meters of road on the ground...when it rains , it becomes a little slippery, but nothing that hinders your quiet in the stay... Other things to note The house is in a rural property,with a beautiful view,the coexistence with nature ,its silence and being very close to a city full of stories and beauty. no The restriction will be on the observance of the number of guests{maximo of 10} combined and meetings or parties of numbers far above guests. agua for use of the house and the guests ,the waste in washing car,balcony and etc will not be accepted.....we are in a rural area,and the water is all mine ,but we always leave 2 gallons of 20 liters for the host..
