The well appointed kitchen overlooks the living area which is the hub of this home. This area flows out to the entertaining deck which features a heated swimming pool, BBQ and outdoor dining Beecheyana North has 5 bedrooms including 2 main bedrooms with ensuites, which means that 2 families can be easily accommodated. The space The salt water pool is solar heated all year round. Beecheyana North is pet friendly – BYO pet bedding/furniture. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both within and outside the property. Pets are not allowed on property furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture will incur extra cleaning fees. PLEASE NOTE that there is NO designated outdoor enclosed grassed area for your pet. Please note that there are NO garage facilities at Beecheyana North however there is off street parking available at the property for 2 vehicles. The Sunshine Coast Airport is in close proximity to the property and at times it can be a little noisy overhead due to aircraft traffic, so please bear this in mind when making a booking. Beecheyana North is a holiday house and NOT a party house, therefore the property cannot be used for any parties or functions, schoolies celebrations, weddings or unlawful purposes. All NOISE is to cease by 9.30pm. Any disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise and barking dogs will not be tolerated and will result in the termination of your rental and forfeiture of your security bond. Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and it is appreciated that all noise is kept to a minimum at ALL times. We have a ZERO tolerance policy to excessive noise and non-adhesion to our curfew time of 9.30pm.
