Welcome to Casa del Merlo! We look forward to seeing you in the Langhe, a short distance from Alba and the UNESCO heritage villages, renowned for wines, truffles, hazelnuts and good food. The Casa del Merlo is a small house with independent access, a private garden, a garage, and a large terrace. Convenient to services, just a 2-minute drive away you will find a pharmacy, grocery store, tobacco shop, bakery, butcher, post office, bar, pastry shop and bus stop. Only our private courtyard divides us, we are easily at your disposal! The space The house is an old barn renovated and used as a home. It has an entrance and garden for your exclusive use on the front side, while the back overlooks the private courtyard of our home. On the ground floor, there is a single space with an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine, etc.) and a living room with a sofa that can become a double bed. Also on the ground floor there is a small laundry corner with a sink and washing machine and a windowed bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The garage is completed on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 communicating bedrooms (it is not possible to divide them), in the first there is a double bed and in the second there is a double bed and a bunk bed with 2 singles. There's also the second bathroom here, with a shower and window. From the top floor you can access the large panoramic terrace on the surrounding hills and with views of Alba. The house is surrounded by greenery, hazelnut and the orchard owned. The property is completed by a small fence with small backyard animals. WI-FI available. Other things to note To better organize your stay, if possible, send the ID of all guests with their residential address before arrival, otherwise a photo of the documents will be taken upon your arrival for reporting to the Police Headquarters and the Region.
