The indoor and outdoor living offers alfresco dining with ocean views upstairs and downstairs you have relaxation around your own private plunge pool, overlooking manicured lawns for outdoor activities. With two living areas and a modern kitchen there is ample space for everyone. The space The Condo's welcomes you with an impressive large, black timber door that opens up to modern sophistication with natural breathtaking beauty. Architecture features floor to ceiling glass louvre windows and sliding doors to allow the fresh ocean breeze to flow through the open concept living spaces. The design is sleek and modern, with high end finishes such as polished concrete flooring, wood accents and stone bench tops. Designer furniture with neutral tones offers comfortable seating, perfect for gatherings or quiet relaxation. Upstairs the outdoor balcony offers the perfect seating for alfresco meals, dusk drinks or morning coffee with an ocean view sunrise. The downstairs living area is furnished with a plush sofa and seamlessly flows outside to the deck overlooking the mosaic tiled plunge pool. The manicured gardens enhance privacy and add a touch of greenery to the coastal environment. The main bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and is enhanced with lots of natural light and air flow. It has it's own deluxe walk through ward robe to a floor to ceiling bathroom masterpiece. Direct internal access to a double lock up garage with it's own EV car charging system and fully functional laundry with washing machine ,dryer and outdoor clothes line.
