Think totally retro, think totally funky - think Holidays on Hampton! This is a classic 1960's Whangamata bach with plenty of colour. The owners have converted the garage to allow two rooms & an additional bathroom. This could be the ideal hang-out space for the teens. Inside the main bach you will find three bedrooms, a cozy kitchen, bathroom & living area. Pets allowed by prior arrangement only - pet bond will apply. Property is fully-fenced, but fencing is not high at front of property. The space There is also an outdoor bath. Maximum 12 guests. Room Configuration Bedroom 1: 1 x Super-King and 1x Set of bunks (suitable for children only) Bedroom 2: 1 x Super-King Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Converted Garage 1 x Queen & 1x Single bed with 1x Single trundler bed. House Rules and Information Parking: 2 x off street parking in the driveway. Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. Minimum check in age: 25
