The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay – really perfect!” Guest access Guests can freely use the entire apartment – including the balcony and the laundry room on the ground floor, where there is a washing machine and laundry can be dried on the line. Free parking without length or height restrictions is available directly at the house. Access is convenient and contactless via a key box behind the house. A small storage room is private and not accessible. Other things to note Dear guests, We want you to feel completely comfortable with us. That's why we have a few small house rules that make everyone's stay pleasant: Open flames (e.g. candles or sparklers) is not allowed in the apartment – safety first. We don't wear street shoes in the apartment. Feel free to bring your slippers to make it really cozy. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. However, for smokers there is a nice, covered area on the balcony – perfect for a relaxing break. Families with small children are welcome! For children under 2 years of age, we provide a folding travel bed with mattress free of charge. Please bring your own sheets for your child. Guests without German citizenship must complete a registration form in accordance with §§ 29 and 30 of the Federal Registration Act (BMG) to register. Check-in is very easy and contactless via a key box behind the house. You will receive the access code one day before your arrival.
