No partial stays will be allowed. Only the number of guests registered are allowed entry and stay. No visitors will be permitted under and circumstance. A fine of a FULL-NIGHT stay will result for each additional person caught on premises. This is a SMOKING-FREE APARTMENT; including cigarettes, cigars, hookah pipes, and the likes. Drugs, alcohol, and pork products are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN on these premises. Regrettably, this apartment also DOES NOT accommodate pets. Guests are also forbidden from having any type of party. Failure to abide by these rules will result in severe consequences with local authorities. It is FORBIDDEN TO TAKE ANYTHING out of the apartment, including any surplus ingredients or consumables. Doing so would result in a CRIMINAL OFFENCE. Thus, before your stay, use the checklist to REPORT ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS before your stay. Please MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS and tidy up after yourself. A NO EATING IN ROOM policy has been adopted to avoid messing and possibly staining bedding and towels. Use them for their intended purpose. BE RESPONSIBLE with furniture and appliances. Avoid rearranging furniture or using appliances in unintended ways. RESPECT PROPERTY BOUNDARIES by avoiding to access rooms that are locked, marked as private or restricted. Also, keep noise levels down and be considerate of neighbors, particularly at night after 10:00 pm.
