Foundation - Forest house with sauna & hot tub

Welcome to your 5,000 m² private property, right on the edge of the forest with access to the Zittau Mountains. Here you can switch off, breathe deeply and simply enjoy. The space The 110 m² house offers two bedrooms with three beds – perfect for couples, families or friends. On the terrace in the middle of the forest, you can listen to the birds in the morning or enjoy the starry sky in the evening. The house offers modern comfort: smart home control, hi-fi system and a 4K Apple OLED TV for cozy evenings. For relaxation, there is a sauna with a hot tub and outdoor shower – all usable year-round. Billing is fair according to consumption (€0.36/kWh). 3h sauna (90°C) and hot tub (37°C) are thus, for example, about €25. Apart from the bed linen, we provide each guest with a shower towel, a sauna towel and a bathrobe. Right on the property you will find space for up to three vehicles.
