BREAKFAST Room rates do not include daily breakfast. CLEANING Please note that room rates do not include a daily cleaning fee. Housekeeping will clean the room before your arrival and after you check out. HELP US CONSERVE ENERGY Daily room rates include electricity (up to 30 units per day) and water usage. Any additional electricity usage will be charged at a rate of 7 baht per unit meter. Monthly room rates do not include an electricity usage fee; electricity is charged at 7 baht per unit meter. We kindly request that you turn off the lights and air conditioning when they are not in use. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of 1,000 THB (or $50) is required at check-in as a guarantee for utilities and any potential damage or loss within the villa. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in time is after 3 PM, and check-out is before 12 noon unless otherwise agreed. While check-in and check-out times are generally flexible, this cannot be guaranteed, so please inquire in advance. BUILDING Please note that there is no elevator to the apartment, making the property less suitable for elderly or disabled guests. ROOM AMENITIES We provide two bottles of water, shampoo, shower gel, tissue paper, a shower cap, cotton buds, and a toothbrush upon arrival only. Please read the HOUSE RULES. Thank you.
