Luxe and cosy master bedroom

I'm listing my beautiful spacious master bedroom which comes with its own huge tv, THICK supportive and comfortable king bed, private double shower, bathroom, and toilet. Walk out from the bedroom and you'll be able to admire the art and thriving plants contained within every wall and space in my house. Access to my new luxury kitchen is yours to utilise, along with the open plan dining and recreational area, laundry facilities, and enjoy the peaceful homely vibes that my home exudes. The space My house completed its build in March 2024 and has very much become an extension of me and my personality which you'll feel that in the master bedroom and the house as a whole. Depending on when you've booked I may be travelling myself and will be accessible through the app to help you with check in and finding your way around the house, OR I may be working from home and staying in the back quarters of the house which means if I'm home during your stay you will get to meet my dog Simba as well. I also list my spare room so you will likely meet whoever has booked that room which will likely be a traveller or someone working who needs a place to stay for a night or two. Guest access Master bedroom is the first door you'll see on the left upon entering the house and walking through the hallway. In there you can shut the door and have your own private section of the house with your own king comfy firm supportive bed, double shower, 75 inch tv to unwind and watch a movie or show on, and storage space to store clothes in the top 2 drawers of the chest of drawers and can utilise some of the empty space in the walk in wardrobe. As you walk through the main area you'll see the kitchen, communal space and dining area and laundry area which you're welcome to utilise as well! Air con or heater can be utilised through the control panel on the wall just to the left of the alfresco sliding door, and you can turn on fan/ air con or heating then just press bedroom 1 and you'll have the warmth or cool that you desire. During your stay If Im away during your stay I'll give you heads up and you can access me easily through the air bnb app. If I'm home then because I work from home you can approach me whenever you'd like. Other things to note I want to make your stay as warm and positive as possible so here's a few things to not and take into consideration before you make your booking: 1) Breakfast isn't included but tea and coffee is 2) Your room is massive with ample storage space for luggage in the walk in wardrobe area however if you have lots of luggage you're welcome to store in my garage 3) No eating or drinking in your room that's what living area is for 4) No smoking or vaping inside the house 5) Washing machine can be used once during your stay if you're staying longer than one night otherwise can be used for an extra fee 6) You'll likely meet other guests who may have booked my spare room during your stay If you have any specific questions feel free to message me as an enquiry before making your booking 🙏 Registration Details STRA60637SYKY54B
