The space This modern home was newly built in 2024 and is designed to feel calm, comfortable and welcoming. The master suite is spacious, private and set up to give guests a high level of comfort with luxury features like the king bed, ensuite, blackout shutters, huge 75 inch smart TV, and walk-in wardrobe. The house has a bright, clean atmosphere with thoughtful décor and plenty of natural light. I may occasionally be travelling or working from home during your stay, but I always respect guests’ privacy and keep noise to a minimum. My dog Simba is friendly and gentle if you happen to meet him. I also host one other private room, so you may see another guest in shared spaces, but everyone has their own area and I ensure the home remains quiet, tidy and respectful for all. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the master bedroom and private ensuite, giving you your own quiet and comfortable space to relax. Inside the suite, you’ll enjoy a thick king bed, double shower, 75″ smart TV, blackout shutters and a spacious walk-in wardrobe with plenty of room for storage. You’re also welcome to use the shared areas of the home, including the modern kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry and outdoor patio. Free on-site parking is available, and you’re free to come and go as you wish during your stay. During your stay I’m always respectful of guests’ space and privacy. If I’m travelling during your stay, you’ll be able to reach me easily through the Airbnb app for anything you need. If I’m home, I work quietly from another area of the house and am available for help, questions or local recommendations anytime. You’re welcome to keep to yourself or have a chat — whatever makes your stay more comfortable. Other things to note Tea and coffee are provided, but breakfast isn’t included. The master suite has plenty of storage in the walk-in wardrobe, and if you’re travelling with extra luggage, I’m happy to store it in the garage so your space stays comfortable and doesn't feel cramped. To keep the room clean and welcoming for everyone, please enjoy food and drinks in the shared dining or living areas rather than the bedroom. Smoking or vaping isn’t permitted inside the home. The washing machine can be used once during your stay if you’re here for more than one night, and additional loads can be arranged for a small fee.
