The space Discover the charm and comfort of The Haven, a delightful 3-bedroom villa located in the scenic Nilgiris. Bedrooms: Spacious Comfort: Each of our three bedrooms is thoughtfully designed with ample space and natural light. Private Retreats: Enjoy the privacy and comfort of rooms that offer a serene escape with breathtaking mountain views. Washrooms: Attached Convenience: Each bedroom features an en-suite washroom, ensuring privacy and ease for all guests. Modern Amenities: Our washrooms are well-equipped with contemporary fixtures and essentials for a refreshing experience. Facilities: In-House Cook: Savor delicious home-cooked meals prepared by our dedicated cook, who will cater to your culinary preferences and make your stay stress-free. Living Area: Relax in our spacious living area, designed for comfort and socializing with family and friends. Lawn Area: Enjoy the outdoors in our beautifully maintained lawn, perfect for relaxation, outdoor games, or simply soaking in the picturesque surroundings. Mountain Views: Take in stunning mountain vistas from various points around the villa, adding to the tranquil ambiance of your stay. The Villa has 4th bedroom which has separate door entry and it will be used by property owner occasionally. Guest access Guest has access to the entire villa, except Kitchen. Other things to note - Check-in time: 2 PM onwards, early check-in is usually not possible. - Check-out time: 11AM. We are unable extend it as we need to get the premise ready for other guests. - Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. - As required by law & local authorities, every guest above 18 years must provide government-approved photo ID proof, that shows the address. We accept only Aadhar Cards and Driving Licenses. - Cancellation due to any personal reasons / rain is not generally not considered to waive off the cancellation charges. Reschedule with price adjustment may be possible if we get another booking on the cancelled dates. - Wi-Fi is given as add-on facility, there may be some disconnect in case of any issue at service provider end or due to bad weather. - Our kitchen closes at 10 pm. The food will be kept in the hotbox and guests are free to eat after 10 pm. - Usage of Kitchen for Self-cooking is not permitted. Only mothers with infants can cook the meals for infants in the basement Kitchen.
