Vacation home getaway

Our approx. 300 year old recently refurbished, listed building biology holiday home is located in the heart of Bad Kreuznach, in the middle of the historic old town. Near the house is the pedestrian zone with countless shopping and gastronomic possibilities, the bridge houses, the spa park, the Crucenia Therme as well as the spa house. The house has bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a private yard and a balcony. Plenty of space for up to 10 persons The space With approx. 150 m², our half-timbered house offers plenty of space for up to 10 people in 6 separate bedrooms spread over three levels. In the large living room on the 1st floor and the second smaller living room on the 2nd floor, each with a large TV, there is enough space to rest and be together. In the fully equipped kitchen with dining area on the 1st floor there is space for a shared breakfast, lunch or dinner. The 6 separate bedrooms create retreats and a lot of coziness due to the visible oak beams and stylish furnishings. One of the bedrooms has a small romantic balcony overlooking the approx. 35 sqm courtyard. The larger of the two bathrooms on the ground floor of the house is equipped with a toilet, an extra wide walk-in shower and a washing machine. On the 2nd floor there is the second, slightly smaller bathroom, which also has a shower and toilet. We have converted the attic for you into a cozy relaxation area that invites you to quiet reading hours. Since our vacation home is a listed almost 300-year-old half-timbered house and much has still been left in its original condition, for example, some of the doors are a little lower than we are used to today. Original, only slightly refurbished, are also the two stairs, which are a little steeper when entering, as they are a little steeper than the stairs of today. Guest access Please inform us at least one day before your arrival about the scheduled arrival time from 15:00. On the day of arrival, please contact us again 30 minutes before your arrival so that we can receive you in front of our holiday home. Other things to note Invoices can be issued by request. For this, we need your full data and an email address. Parking can be booked on site. Cost €10/night, please reserve in advance. Tourist tax €3.50/night/per person
