About us We are a Munich couple and live together not so far away. In addition to our main professions, we are constantly trying to develop and master new challenges. In this context we have come to the rental of this apartment. Accommodation Highlights Our apartment on the ground floor has everything you need for a nice stay: → Space for 6 people → 2 very comfortable box spring beds (1.60 x 2.00m and 1.80 x 2.00m) → 2 x sofa bed with topper (Each 1.30m wide) → Yoga/meditation room to relax → French-Press coffee maker and QBo-Essential coffee machine (Tchibo) → Smart TV → 100 Mbit/s-Wifi-line → fully equipped kitchen → Parking space right next to the house → and much more Description of the accommodation The accommodation is very new, modern and tastefully furnished and awaits you with a very high quality equipment. You can start your day with a cup of coffee from a French press machine and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment. So that your sleep is first class, cosy box spring beds and bed linen at hotel level are waiting for you. There is also, of course, a dining area, as well as a cosy sofa seating area with table and large smart TV with streaming options. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and dishwasher as well as everything else you need to cook delicious. The bathroom is divided into two rooms, a shower room with rain shower and a toilet with sink. Service Since you don't have to worry about almost anything, we provide you with many items. → Towels (small and large) → Bed linen → Coffee powder / tea → free Wi-Fi → Music box → etc. The entire apartment with over 105 square metres is available to you. Feel at home. Arrival and departure Check-in is available from 3 pm, check-out should be done by 11 am. If a later check-out is desired, just ask us. If no new guests arrive on the day of your departure, you are welcome to stay a few hours longer, of course free of charge. After each departure, the entire apartment is thoroughly cleaned and everything is washed. Before check-in, a registration form must be filled out, according to the registration law. Unfortunately, we can't take that away from you. You should also read the house rules and please stick to them. Site Where is the apartment anyway? It is located in the chic and exciting trendy Au-Haidhausen district with countless restaurants, bars, small shops, historic buildings and relaxing parks. In approx. 25 minutes walk you are directly at Marienplatz, in approx. 10 minutes walk to the Isar, where you can also go swimming in the summer. The S-Bahn station "Rosenheimer Platz" or "Ostbahnhof" (both in approx. 5 minutes walk) or various trams or buses. Publicly you drive approx. 3 minutes to Marienplatz. To Munich Airport you can take the S-Bahn approx. 30 minutes. The Starnberger See, the Ammersee or the mountains are all quickly and easily accessible in public. Your Sofia and your Nils Guest access Keys are handed over contactlessly via a key safe at the entrance gate. You will receive the code for this in good time by e-mail. Simply enter or turn the code and press the switch down. If possible, we also sometimes welcome you personally. When checking out, simply put the key back in the safe, lock it again and turn the numbers (do not leave the correct numbers as they are). This way, no unauthorized person can access the key. Other things to note The toppers for the sofa beds are located in the basement behind the oak closet. The Bedding for the Sofa beds is inside the sofas. PS: If more people use the apartment than booked or if there is deliberate deception, the guest will demand compensation, if necessary legally. This can also lead to your being blocked from the booking portals. In your own interest, I ask you to provide truthful information about the number of people. Thank you for your understanding.
