It is a house in Seoul where various generations live in a lodging space, not a party room. Noise damage may occur to surrounding households through windows, etc. (In the event of a noise complaint, you will be immediately evacuated without a refund.) 🔧Please contact us if there is a breakdown or contamination when using the accommodation. (Damages and contamination confirmed after check-out will be charged for additional compensation without consultation.) 🚭No smoking indoors and in the building. If caught smoking, 100,000 won will be charged. (No smoking on stairs or in the bathroom.) -If traces of indoor smoking and pets are found, additional charges will be made for all wallpaper and cleaning costs. (About 500,000 won) -If traces of smoking (cigarette ash, powder, etc.) are found on the outside balcony through the indoor balcony, additional water cleaning costs will be charged.
