The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and features a comfortable queen-size box-spring bed, a 55" smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and everything else you might need. The newly renovated bathroom has a bathtub with a glass shower screen, so you can freshen up as you please. Of course, we provide fresh towels and toiletries. You can also enjoy the lovely views from the apartment's seating area or sofa, perfect for relaxing with a meal, reading a book, or simply unwinding. The apartment's location is also ideal: You can look forward to walks in the adjacent Wittelsbacher Park, visit the nearby Congress Hall with its various events, or walk to the city center or the main train station. The building also has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which can be used for a fee. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself. You use your own private entrance within the building and can conveniently reach the apartment by elevator.
