Next to the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine is adjoining a dining area and living room with working area. The bathroom offers shower/toilet. In the bedroom there is a cozy box spring bed (1.80×2.00 m) and a sleeping chair that can be converted into another bed. A special highlight offers you the large roof terrace with panoramic views where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A washing machine is available for clean laundry. Towels, bed linen, toilet paper as well as soap/shampoo are provided. As a guest in our apartment, you also automatically have a free parking space.
