Next to the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine is a dining area and living room with work area. The bathroom has a shower/toilet. In the bedroom there is a cozy box spring bed (1.80×2.00 m) and a sleeping chair that can be converted into another bed. We give you our promise: Once you have arrived in our modern and cozy apartment, put down your bags and step onto the 30 m² roof terrace, you have arrived in the middle of your vacation feeling! A washing machine is available for clean laundry. Towels, bed linen, toilet paper, soap and shampoo are provided. As a guest in our apartment, you also automatically have a free parking space.
