With its capacity for 2 people, the Cléret is ideal for a stay for two in the heart of Vienna, in complete autonomy and enjoying the city. That's the promise we make to you. // Living room As soon as you enter, its super comfortable and easy to unfold 140*190 sofa bed is the heart of the studio. Its attic closets, 4 skylights and 35-inch TV to watch your favorite series. - fully equipped open kitchenette - microwave, mini fridge, 2-burner induction cooktop - everything you need for a gourmet breakfast: Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. The studio has reversible air conditioning. // Shower room A bathroom equipped with a shower head, towel dryer, sink and first aid kit for minor injuries. The toilet is integrated into this room. // Included services To ensure an optimal welcome, we provide: - Linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels) - Some welcome necessities: soap, shampoo, toilet paper, tea and coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar. For your vehicle, you can park as close as possible: Place Saint-Louis and/or the adjacent Old Center Parking (paid). // Important features: The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator access. The stairs are new, non-slip and a little steep (the steps are small), booking the studio is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties or with a lot of heavy luggage. Guest access Guests have access to entire Apartment It is not recommended for people who have difficulty moving around due to its location under the roofs and stairs. Other things to note Once your booking has been validated by our team, we'll invite you to fill out a welcome form to let us know your arrival and departure times. Instructions for accessing the apartment will be sent to you the day before your arrival. *Check-in times are possible from 5pm. *Checkout time is strictly before 10am. The accommodation is non-smoking, no vaping, no parties, pets or overcrowding are allowed. Thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to keep your security deposit if we notice any damage to the accommodation.
