With it's spacious living areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a private rooftop terrace, it’s the ideal home for families, couples, or adventurers. Each bedroom also features its own balcony, adding a special touch to your stay. Strong WIFI, AC included, making sure our home is designed to offer you warmth & comfort at every turn! The space The townhouse is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station. For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking. Living Room | Cozy, retro-styled living room, complete with a charming fireplace that adds a warm and inviting touch. The space is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, with comfortable seating and vintage décor that evokes a sense of home. Kitchen | The fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to feel right at home. With ample counter space and appliances, you can easily prepare meals. Making it perfect for both long and short term rentals. Private Roof & Terrace | Enjoy exclusive access to the ground and rooftop terraces furnished for outdoor lounging and dining. It’s the perfect spot to unwind under the Maltese sun or savor an evening meal as the sun sets over the charming town. Bedrooms: Master Bedroom| The master bedroom features a plush double bed and its own private balcony, creating a peaceful retreat. Soft tones furnishings provide a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The main bedroom also includes an en-suite including a shower, toilet and sink. Second Bedroom: A single bed, private balcony, and vintage décor give this bedroom a cozy, welcoming vibe. Ideal for a solo traveler or child. Third Bedroom: Another single-bed setup with its own balcony and it also includes a comfy sofa, for relaxing. There is also a sofabed which can take up 2 extra guests if needed. (linens and towels will be provided accordingly). Bathrooms | There are two fully-fitted bathrooms, one featuring a bathtub for relaxing soaks, and the other with a shower. There's also a convenient guest toilet on the main level. Other Features: Balconies | Each bedroom comes with its own balcony, providing fresh air and natural light. Fireplace | A standout feature of the living room, adding to the cozy, home-like atmosphere. Washing Machine,Iron, dishwasher | Convenient laundry and kitchen facilities available, making it easy for longer or extended stays. Kindly note that we provide fresh linens, free toilettres and 2 towels per guests. Guest access 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the townhouse, including the private terraces and balconies. Other things to note Very important notes before booking: 1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property. 2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. 3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected. 4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date. 5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored. 6. What is included in the apartment. - Shower gel - Plate liquid soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person 7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. 8. NO PETS ALLOWED. 9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly. 10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
