Apartment Marianne - from May 2025 - 3 rooms

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. We live in a very quiet, friendly area with great views, as well as bike and hiking trails right at your doorstep. The apartment is on the upper floor of our house. In just 5 minutes you can reach the nearest bus stop and 2 minutes later you are already in the middle of the action. There are plenty of places to shop, doctors, banks and much more. Mountain railways and ski lifts can be reached in a short time. The space Behind the front door there are ski holders and storage facilities for ski boots. A limited number of slippers are available in front of the apartment entrance on the upper floor. There is also a wardrobe for jackets and street shoes. From May 2025 we will offer 3 bedrooms. From now on, up to 4 adults, 2 children up to 14 years of age, as well as a toddler and up to 3 babies can vacation in the apartment. There is even the possibility to sleep on a sofa bed. You come into the apartment... On the left there is another way to hang jackets. Then you'll see the bathroom. It is equipped with a shower, sink, bathroom furniture and a shelf for towels, as well as a towel dryer and hair dryer. Bath towels per guest are available, as well as toothbrush cups and a soap dispenser. The bathroom has a window. One door further to the left is the toilet. This also has a window and a small sink. A towel, soap and toilet paper are standard here. Right in front of you is the master bedroom. In this there is a cozy box spring bed 180 x 200, as well as 2 bedside tables each with a lamp and 2 sockets. There is also a toddler bed and a large wardrobe. The room has windows on 2 sides and is very bright and friendly. There are roller shutters and curtains for blackout. On the right is the kitchen-living room. Here you can cook (4 hot plates electric stove), bake, wash the dishes in the dishwasher, store your food in the fridge with freezer compartment, or sit comfortably at the table on one of the 6 chairs. Dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, taps, dishwashing liquid, cloths, sponge and dish towels are available here. We have a waste separation system for organic/plastic and residual waste. (For glass, cans and paper, containers are provided in a box at the parking lot.) The kitchen also has windows on 2 sides and a balcony door, where you can access the 2-sided balcony with seating (in summer 4 chairs). The 2nd room is one door away, or just to the right when you enter the apartment. Here is a double bed measuring 140 x 200, as well as a small bedside table with lamp and 2 sockets nearby. A smaller wardrobe is also available here. In this room there is a small sofa with a TV table, a dresser, on which there is a flat screen and above it a hanging cabinet with various games. This living / bedroom also has a large window, shutters and curtains for darkening. You can also access the balcony from here. This door has no roller shutter, but a curtain. There is a connecting door to bedroom 3. In this there is a children's pull-out bed, a wardrobe, as well as a desk and various toys. A crib, as well as 2 emergency cribs are available if needed! Guest access You share the front door, the main entrance with us, the hosts. Then a staircase leads up to the apartment on the upper floor. There you have your own entrance and live in 68 m². Other things to note We do not allow animals, we have a small dog, a cat and a turtle ourselves. There is no smoking in the entire house! Ashtrays on request for the balcony. We kindly ask our guests not to enter the apartment with street shoes. Careful handling of the apartment's equipment, games and accessories is a MUST!
