The space The elegant apartment has an area of 48 m² and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The first large double bed (180 cm wide) is located in the central part of the apartment, while the second double bed (160 cm wide) is located in a separate room. This room also has a desk, which is ideal for remote work. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a large 55-inch LED TV, which provides all the necessary comforts for a modern person or family. Guest access ENTERING the apartment (24/7) for the MODERN and SPONTANEOUS traveler: After entering your ID information on the website (which the host sends you by e-mail), the apartment key will be waiting for you in the key safe at the entrance. You will receive the access code by email only the evening before your arrival (until 20:30). The accommodation offers a large parking lot accessible from a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment is located on the high ground floor, which is accessed by a wide, completely renovated staircase. The staircase is designed with high-quality ceramic tiles, stainless steel, and tempered matte glass, creating an elegant and modern look (8 steps). The first room in the accommodation facility is intended for the safe storage of guests' bicycles. Bicycles can be hung on wall-mounted hooks, and electric bicycles, which usually exceed 18 kg, can be leaned against the wall in this space.
